Common Questions
How do I sync my data across devices?
Your data syncs automatically when you're signed in. Just use the same email on each device, and your journal entries, worksheets, and preferences will be available everywhere.
How do I export my data?
Go to Account, then tap "Export All Data" under Actions. This creates a text file with all your journal entries, worksheet responses, and crisis history.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account, then tap "Delete Account" under Actions. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all stored data — it cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is only accessible to you through your authenticated account. We don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
The AI response in Crisis Mode isn't loading.
Crisis Mode's AI responses need an internet connection. Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. If the issue persists, the AI service may be temporarily unavailable — all other tools work fully offline.
Can I use orysn offline?
Most features work offline — the toolbox, knowledge library, worksheets, and journal. Your data will sync once you're back online. Only the Crisis Mode AI response requires a connection.
Is orysn a replacement for therapy?
No. orysn is a companion tool that makes therapeutic frameworks accessible between sessions. It supports your practice — it doesn't replace professional care.
